Are you an experienced Building Control Administrator, Technical Administrator, or Construction Administrator looking to join a highly respected industry leader?
Bureau Veritas is seeking a technically minded administrator to support our Building Control team, working alongside Registered Building Inspectors and technical specialists on a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects across the UK.
This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll play a key part in the Building Control process, ensuring projects remain compliant, statutory notices are issued correctly, inspections are coordinated efficiently, and clients receive an exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Managing Building Regulation applications, statutory notices, initial notices, plans certificates and final certificates
Liaising with clients, architects, developers, contractors, designers and local authorities
