Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum FTE (Depending on Experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (4-day week or year-round options)
Hours: Shifts between 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday

Ruskin House Nursery is seeking an inspiring Early Years Teacher (QTS / EYTS) to lead our Pre-School room (ages 3–5). Located in a beautiful Victorian building with a stunning learning garden, we offer a culturally rich environment where children flourish.

Your Role
- Lead the Pre-School room using Montessori philosophy and EYFS principles.
- Design engaging, child-led learning spaces that spark early independence.
- Track, assess, and guide each child’s individual learning journey.
- Build excellent, trusted partnerships with local South London families.
What You Need
- Teaching Status: QTS, EYTS, or an equivalent Level 6 Early Years teaching qualification.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of the EYFS framework and progressive teaching practices.
- Skills: Confident leading a room, tracking progress, and planning lessons.
- Attributes: A warm, energetic communicator who builds quick bonds with children.
