Position Cleaning Supervisor x 2 Positions
Location Lady Eleanor Holles School, Hanworth Road, Hampton TW12 3HF
Pay £18.00 per hour
Hours 17.5 hours per week
Working Pattern Monday to Friday
1 x 6.00am - 9.30am
1 x 3.30pm to 7.00pm
The morning role is 52 weeks, and the evening role is 34 term weeks, 4 weeks outside of term, plus holiday entitlement.

What You Do:

Supervise and support a team of cleaners during your shift.

Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to agreed standards.

Carry out cleaning duties and monitor standards across the school site.

Support the Contract Director with the organisation of cleaning operations.

Lead team briefings and promote a positive, engaged working environment.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, fire safety and COSHH requirements.

Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and storage areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.

Report incidents, accidents, damages or concerns promptly and appropriately.

Help maintain an exceptional environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
What You Bring:

Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within cleaning, facilities management or housekeeping.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

A proactive and self-motivated approach.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and people-management skills.

A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.

The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
