**Overview:**
Hours of work - 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday - 20hrs a week.
We are seeking an experienced nursery or school Chef to join our team in creating nursery lunches for 160+ children a day .
**Responsibilities:**
- Food preparation and cooking for nursery children
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene practices are maintained
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, costing, and ordering
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on best practices
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in a nursery or school environment
- Expertise in kitchen operations, food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen workflow efficiently

Pay: £15,000.00-£17,000.00 per year
