We are looking for a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of spa treatments including, but not limited to, full body massages, facials, and body treatments to provide clients with an exceptional and relaxing experience.
- Deliver professional consultations to assess client needs, and recommend personalized treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and areas are properly sanitized between treatments.
- Adhere to spa protocols and maintain high standards of service delivery at all times.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and providing exceptional customer care.
- Support clients in selecting products for at-home use, contributing to retail sales.

Working Hours:
- Flexible schedules: Available for both part-time and full-time therapists, but must be available to work weekends.
- No more than 6 treatments a day: We prioritise quality over quantity to ensure you can give your best to every client, with adequate time for cleaning and turnaround between each session.
What We’re Looking For:
- A fully qualified Spa Therapist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments (training available for new therapies).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A professional and friendly attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends.
