We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Working together as a team in the care environment
- Follow personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents through engaging activities and social programmes.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the care home, ensuring a safe environment for all residents and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar position within a care home setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with residents and their families.

Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
