We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in management, hospitality, and guest services within a vibrant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the smooth operation of the venue. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floor area, ensuring it is inviting and safe for all visitors.
- Support management in daily operations, including setting up tables, managing queues, and overseeing guest flow.
- Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist with organising events or functions as required, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
- Monitor the environment for safety hazards and report any concerns immediately.
- Support training new team members when necessary to promote a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and busy periods.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset but is not mandatory. Full training will be provided for suitable candidates eager to learn.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
