We're looking for an experienced, passionate bartender to join our dynamic team at Cavita, where no two shifts are the same.
Our venue is home to two unique bar experiences:
- Our basement Mexican speakeasy – a vibrant, high-energy cocktail bar with a strong focus on events, private hires, and exceptional drinks.
- Our upstairs restaurant bar – serving guests dining in the restaurant while delivering warm, attentive hospitality alongside expertly crafted beverages.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in busy, quality-led bars.
- Is confident making classic and contemporary cocktails with speed and consistency.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is a genuine team player with a positive attitude.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event shifts.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering outstanding service across both bars.
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard.
- Supporting private events and busy service periods.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and stock control.
- Creating memorable guest experiences with energy and personality
Pay: £12.71-£17.00 per hour
