Clubhouse & Café Team Member
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Cluny Activities is looking for energetic, flexible and customer-focused team members to join our Clubhouse team.
This is much more than a standard café role. One day you could be serving homemade baking and lunches to golfers and shooting members, the next helping a corporate event run smoothly or welcoming families arriving for a day of activities.
We're looking for people who enjoy being part of a hardworking team, can think on their feet during busy periods, and are happy to get involved wherever needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and serving food, drinks and home baking within our busy clubhouse café
Delivering excellent customer service to visitors, members and group bookings
Operating tills, booking systems and handling customer enquiries
Keeping the café, clubhouse and customer areas clean, organised and well presented
Assisting with stock control, restocking and daily housekeeping tasks
Supporting events, corporate days and large group bookings
Helping visitors with activity bookings and general enquiries
Assisting in other areas of the business during busy periods
Opening and closing the clubhouse when required
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience working in a café, coffee shop, catering environment or similar hospitality role
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A flexible approach and willingness to work across different areas of the business
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
Desirable
- An interest in baking and preparing homemade food
- Experience working in fast-paced hospitality environments
- An interest in golf, clay shooting, outdoor activities or sport
- Experience with EPOS systems and bookings software
