Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a multi-head weigher machine in our food production facility. Your primary role will be to ensure the efficient and accurate weighing and packaging of food products while adhering to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has previous experience operating similar machinery, possesses a strong attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Description
- Responsible for setting up, running, and inspecting the multi-head weigher / bagging machine.
- You will be responsible for reporting and defects to the maintenance team.
- Ensuring that the settings on the machine are correct for production.
- Operate and monitor the multi-head weigher machine to accurately weigh and package food products according to specifications.
- Responsible for recording wastage and film usage.
- Lead, organise, and manage the line effectively.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity by suggesting process improvements and participating in training opportunities.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 0600am to 1400pm
Work Authorisation:
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
28 days holiday including bank holidays.
