We're looking for a highly organised Tender, Bid & Pipeline Coordinator to support our growth ambitions by coordinating tender activity, bid submissions and opportunity pipeline reporting across our UK businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with information, deadlines, stakeholders and processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring opportunities are identified, tracked, coordinated and submitted on time, while supporting high-quality bid development across the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating tender and bid activity across The BUSY Group UK
- Maintaining opportunity and pipeline reporting systems
- Monitoring procurement portals and tender opportunities
- Coordinating bid submissions and tender deadlines
- Supporting proposal writing and document preparation
- Managing bid documentation, version control and compliance checks
- Working with subject matter experts to gather information for submissions
- Producing reports and pipeline updates for senior leaders
- Maintaining bid libraries, templates and standard responses
- Supporting continuous improvement of bid and opportunity processes
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to complex activities and can confidently coordinate multiple priorities at the same time.
Essential
- Experience in bid coordination, tender administration, proposal support or a similar role
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience managing deadlines across multiple projects
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience maintaining accurate data, reports and tracking systems
Desirable
- Experience with public sector tenders or procurement processes
- Experience within employment, education, health, skills, training or not-for-profit sectors
- Experience contributing to bid writing and proposal development
- Familiarity with CRM or opportunity management systems
