Pyramid Press Ltd is looking for an experienced Account Handler / Estimator to join our busy Nottingham print team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, confident with customers, and able to manage print jobs from enquiry through to delivery.
You’ll work closely with clients, production, suppliers and internal departments to make sure jobs are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer enquiries and day-to-day account requirements
Preparing estimates and processing orders
Liaising with production to monitor job progress
Keeping customers updated on schedules and delivery dates
Checking specifications, artwork requirements and job details
Building strong working relationships with clients
Supporting the sales and production teams where required
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in print, packaging, direct mail, or a similar customer service/account handling role
Good attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple jobs at once
A positive, professional and customer-focused approach
Good computer skills
Print industry experience would be a strong advantage, although full support will be given to the right candidate.
