Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our team in our Slough office. You will oversee a maintenance team, lead property viewings, and ensure the seamless operation of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal maintenance team and ensure operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, guests, and contractors to ensure efficient and maximised service satisfaction and retention.
- Lead property viewings for prospective tenants, guests, and landlords, ensuring an engaging experience and professional presentation of the property.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in short-term rental management and short-term rentals/serviced apartments.
- A proactive problem solver with excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance duties.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 annually.
