About the Role:
This is an exciting role, we're on the hunt for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join the Front of House team at our newly built, luxury care home. Outgoing and organised you will play a key role in the enquiries and sales process, and offering a warm welcome to people who visit. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact helping people at what can be a challenging time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and manage customer enquiries to maximise occupancy and meet financial targets.
· Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the process of moving in.
· Manage all aspects of the resident move-in and move-out process.
· Lead on conducting professional show-rounds of the care home with prospective residents and their families.
· Support and coordinate community engagement events to promote the home.
· Ensure all available rooms are always maintained to a "show standard."
· Provide training and support to staff on enquiry handling and visitor tours.
· Maintain up-to-date records of occupancy, enquiry levels, and waiting list data.
· Manage the front desk, including some admin activities
· Offer a ‘meet and greet’ service to anyone visiting the home, including refreshments and hospitality
· Engage with key stakeholders to market the home within the local community, promoting its reputation and services.
· Any other duties required by the General Manager

· Sales Savvy: You have a basic understanding of sales principles and enjoy contributing to business development.
· This role also requires that you hold a full driving licence.
