Shift pattern Monday-Friday 0930-1800 possibility overtime

Transport planner package:
Salary start from £27000 per year depending on experince

Responsibilities of the Transport Planner
Plan and coordinate transportation routes for efficient delivery of goods with excellent nationwide knowledge of road networks
Help build runs for the general drivers
Print and collate all driver’s paperwork
Ensure drivers remain compliant
Collaborate with internal teams
Monitor and track drivers to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate records
Communicate with drivers, carriers and customers to address any issues or concerns
You will be working with the transport manager to insure all vehicles are in compliance with company standards
Requirements for a successful Transport Planner
Strong communication skills customer service skills
Strong geographical knowledge
Strong interest in transport planning and a willingness to develop knowledge in the field
Ability to be flexible
Good problem-solving skills
Full driving license with own transport is advantageous
Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
