Powder Coating West Midlands are recruiting for an experienced PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - POWDER COATING to work in a busy trade powder coating facility based in BILSTON, near Wolverhampton.
- Core hours : 40 hours per week, Mon to Friday plus circa 20 hours overtime each week.
- Shift Pattern : We have two shifts available, either PERMANENT NIGHTS or PERMANENT DAYS.
- Pay Rate : £12.71/hr
As a PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - POWDER COATING you will be expected to undertake the following key activities:
- Loading powder coating lines
- Packing finished parts
- Packing products
- Assisting with colour changes
- End of shift clean down
- Specialist skills training may be given in relation to spraying and maintaining equipment in due course depending on aptitude.
The successful PRODUCTION OPERATIVE - POWDER COATING, will display the following key skills and experience:
- 3 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and conscientious approach
- Focused work ethic and “can do attitude”
- Physically able to undertake reasonable lifting and carrying and spend the working day on one’s feet
- Previous powder coating experience would be advantageous but not essential
This position will ideally suit an experienced Production Operative, Factory Worker, Line Operator etc seeking to develop their skillset and further their experience in a busy, growing powder coating business.
