The Role
As a Delivery Driver with Way 4 Freight Ltd, you will be allocated a dedicated local tour delivering and collecting parcels across Bristol and surrounding areas. This includes standard residential drops, commercial deliveries, and automated parcel lockers.
- High Daily Earnings: £198.00 – £208.00 + VAT per day.
- Manageable Workloads: Up to 150 parcels per day with consistent, localized daily routes.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, scan, and load parcels at the Bristol depot each morning.
- Deliver and collect parcels efficiently to residential and commercial addresses.
- Follow optimized daily routes using electronic handheld scanning devices.
- Maintain excellent delivery success rates, vehicle safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements
To partner with Way 4 Freight Ltd, you must have:
- Vehicle: A 3.5-tonne van (LWB preferred) equipped with valid Goods in Transit and Hire & Reward insurance (or willingness to arrange).
- Licence: Full UK or EC/EEA valid driving licence (Clean licence required: maximum of 6 points, no active endorsement/conviction codes).
- Eligibility: Right to Work in the UK and registered as Self-Employed.
- Attributes: Punctual, physically fit, reliable, and possess good local road knowledge.
