Would you like to develop your analytical career in a commercially focused role with exposure to trading, supply and optimisation?
We’re looking for a UK Fuels Demand Analyst to join our Group Optimisation team in London. The role sits at the centre of our supply chain, working closely with Commercial, Trading, Supply, Risk and Finance to understand future customer demand and turn that information into accurate forecasts and demand plans.
The role combines detailed data analysis with regular stakeholder interaction. You’ll build and monitor demand forecasts, identify trends and changes in customer behaviour, support scenario modelling and help improve forecasting processes and tools. You’ll also explore how new technologies, including AI, can be used to improve the quality and efficiency of demand forecasting.
We’re looking for someone with strong Excel and numerical skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine curiosity about how a commercial business operates. Previous analytical experience would be useful, but we’d also welcome applications from graduates who have gained relevant practical experience through internships, placements or other work experience.
