Join #TeamDA as an Audit Senior
At David Allen, we understand that audit is about more than compliance. It is about building trust, strengthening businesses and giving clients the confidence to move forward.
We are looking for an Audit Senior to join our Corporate department, offering the opportunity to take ownership of audit assignments while working as part of a supportive and experienced team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high quality work, enjoys developing others and is motivated by building strong client relationships.
Working closely with our Audit Manger and wider team, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, efficient and client focused audit service, while continuing to develop your own technical knowledge and leadership skills.
About the role
As an Audit Senior, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring all work is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and ISA regulations. You will work both remotely and in the office, managing your workload to meet deadlines while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
You will take responsibility for organising and overseeing audit work, working closely with your team to ensure assignments run smoothly and clients are supported throughout the process. A key part of the role will involve reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing guidance, support and constructive feedback to help them develop.
Using your experience, you will identify opportunities to improve clients’ internal controls and systems, offering practical recommendations that add value beyond the audit itself. You will also act as a first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining clear, professional communication at all times.
Alongside audit work, you will contribute to the wider success of the team by supporting specialist projects, assisting with accounts preparation where required and helping to identify ways to improve and develop our audit processes.
