Our client is a successful Partner Practice of one of the UK's most respected wealth management organisations. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Wealth Associate to join their high-performing team in Manchester.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career within financial planning. You'll work alongside experienced Financial Advisers, gain exposure to high-net-worth clients, and receive ongoing training and development within a professional, supportive environment.
The Opportunity
As a Wealth Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive an exceptional service from start to finish. Working closely with Advisers, you'll provide both technical and administrative support while developing your knowledge of financial planning and wealth management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers.
- Take ownership of client servicing, including client communication, meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client files, ensuring all compliance and identification documentation is complete.
- Update client records using Salesforce CRM.
- Process new business applications accurately and maintain management information.
- Liaise with product providers, advisers, clients and third parties to ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Handle incoming client enquiries professionally via telephone and email.
- Produce client reports, illustrations and templated correspondence.
- Run reports and collate key financial planning information.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a career within wealth management.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong academic credentials (graduates and high-achieving school leavers are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience within an office-based administrative or customer support role (financial services experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence communicating with clients and building professional relationships.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial.
- The ability to commute to Manchester city centre on a full-time basis.

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
