The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development).
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
Requirements:
- Graduate or previous experience within sales or a target-driven environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Competitive, resilient and comfortable working towards challenging targets
- Motivated by financial success, rapid progression and developing a specialist career
