We are looking for an experienced, confident telephone sales professional to work part-time from our Canterbury offices, contacting our established customer base and generating repeat sales for our well-known Hedgehog® product range.
THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING.
You’ll be speaking to existing and previous customers who already know our company and products.
Your job is simple: build relationships, keep customers informed about our latest special offers, promotions and discounts, and turn those conversations into orders.
Many of our customers actually appreciate the call and the reminder!

WHO WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM
You’ll probably have previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, account management or business development and know how to build rapport and close a sale without sounding like you’re reading from a script.
Experience within builders’ merchants, construction, DIY, building products or trade distribution would be a real advantage.
This could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced or semi-retired sales professional who doesn’t want a full-time role but still enjoys talking to customers, winning orders and being properly rewarded for results.
