We are seeking an experienced and motivated Student Services Office Manager to play a key role in supporting our dynamic Student Services department and contributing to its continued success.
In this pivotal position, you will work closely with the Head of Department and collaborate with colleagues across the college to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships. You will champion efficient and effective ways of working, ensuring that policies, procedures, and service standards consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will oversee student financial support systems, ensuring bursary and financial assistance processes are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on student support and accessibility.
We are looking for a flexible, proactive, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about supporting student success. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering excellent service.
Essential Experience:

Level 3 qualification in business/administration or equivalent.
- Level 2+ literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents, and employers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Windows 10, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Experience in a busy team environment.
- Ability to support staff wellbeing proactively.
Desirable Experience:
