This mobile role is reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, offering great variety, responsibility, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks safely and within agreed timescales.
- Lead and coordinate small projects, as well as complex reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
- Conduct advanced multi-trade maintenance, higher-level repairs, and fault-finding independently.
- Function as a point of escalation for technical issues within own trade competencies.
- Support statutory compliance and aid with regulatory inspections as needed.
- Maintain exact records of maintenance work, faults, and system performance.
- Show opportunities to improve building system efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Report hazards, faults, or issues promptly to a supervisor.
- Always follow safe working practices in line with health & safety and site policies.
- Undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by the facilities team or supervisor.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management, in line with the needs of the business
- Deliver high standards of workmanship with a customer-focused approach

What We’re Looking For
- Full manual UK driver’s licence (essential)
- At least 3 years’ experience in maintenance or multi-trade roles (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach
- Willingness to take part in an on-call rota
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
