Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive community outreach strategies to increase program participation and awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, schools, local leaders, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and health promotion activities that align with organizational goals.
- Manage social media platforms to promote programs, share success stories, and engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition efforts to ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight community initiatives.
- Track program metrics, prepare reports on outreach activities, and evaluate the impact of engagement efforts for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Demonstrated supervising experience in community programs or related fields.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate outreach initiatives efficiently.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience guiding teams or volunteers toward shared goals.
- Background in marketing or social media management to effectively promote programs across multiple channels.
- Experience in fundraising or grant writing is a plus for expanding program resources.
- Familiarity with public health principles or teaching experience in educational settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in record keeping, scheduling, and reporting.
