As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in making sure every guest experiences the comfort, care, and standards that define our hotel. By leading and supporting your team, you’ll ensure rooms, corridors, and public areas are always presented at their very best—welcoming, spotless, and ready to delight.
With your eye for detail and natural leadership style, you’ll motivate and guide your team to perform at their best, while working closely with other departments to keep operations smooth and efficient.

- Overseeing the daily operations on your assigned floors, ensuring high standard of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.
- Allocating tasks, monitor performance, and provide training, support, and feedback to the team members.
- Conducting regular checks of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain the hotel’s standards.
- Coordinating with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to update room status, manage repair needs, and ensure seamless communication.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
