The club is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced hospitality professional for a supervisor role which offers a good work/life balance in a great working environment with sociable working hours. Approx 28 hours per week.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager the Hospitality Supervisor is involved with the overall day-to-day running of the clubhouse catering and bar services, managing staff teams and delivering friendly, welcoming service to our members and guests. The role also includes assisting in clubhouse health & safety and security responsibilities.
What we’re looking for in you:
Essential
● Have 3 years + experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
● Proven leadership and team inspiration skills.
● In-depth knowledge of food and drink and allergen awareness with a passion for hospitality and service.
● Impeccable customer service skills and with a friendly and outgoing personality.
● Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and efficient manner.
Desirable
● Scottish Personal Licence Holder.
● Food Safety and Hygiene certification.
● Close proximity to the Golf Club.
