ROLE: Legal Assistant
LOCATION: Nottingham
SALARY: Competitive based on experience
HOURS: 9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday

Sills & Betteridge LLP is seeking a Legal Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Wills, Trusts & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused individual looking to develop their career within a well-established and supportive law firm.
You will undertake the following but not limited to:

Supporting fee earners with client files, correspondence and legal documentation

Managing diaries, appointments and client communications

Assisting with probate applications and estate planning administration

Liaising with clients, financial institutions and other third parties

Maintaining accurate records and always ensuring confidentiality
You will enjoy this role if you are:

Organised, proactive and detail-oriented

A confident communicator with excellent client care skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems

Able to prioritise workload and work collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in a legal support role, knowledge of case management systems, or experience within Wills, Trusts & Probate is desirable but not essential. GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are required.
