Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of organisational goals, maintaining CQC standard and quality of care. Duties
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality performance across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Manage resource allocation effectively to optimise productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development programmes to foster a skilled workforce.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration and organisational cohesion.
- Address client or customer concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Organise meetings, set agendas, and ensure follow-up on action points to maintain workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a relevant industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully.
- Proficiency in relevant management software and tools.
- A recognised management qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
