Turbo Driving is looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a leading logistics and distribution operation based in Aston, Birmingham (B6). This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.
The Role:
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:
- Delivering palletised and caged goods to retail sites
- Using a pump truck where required for deliveries
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Completing up to 5 drops per shift
- Carrying out pre- and post-shift vehicle safety checks
- Following all road transport legislation and company procedures
- Using an EPOD system or mobile app to record deliveries where applicable
- Maintaining a professional approach when representing the company
Requirements:
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will have:
- A valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience
- Current CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
- A good understanding of transport legislation and compliance
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Experience using an EPOD system or mobile delivery app (preferred)
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- The legal right to work in the UK
