We are excited to be recruiting for a Compliance Administrator. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to join a fantastic family run company.
The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s compliance function by maintaining accurate records, monitoring regulatory requirements, coordinating audits, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. The role would be responsible for inductions of new employees, keeping training records up to date, and delivering mandatory training. The role involves administrative support, document management, reporting, and liaising with internal departments, particularly Quality and Health & Safety functions to help maintain compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance records, databases, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and records.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating responses.
- Ensure company documentation and procedures are up to date and accessible.
- Track employee compliance training and maintain training records.
- Prepare compliance reports for management.
- Investigate and follow up on non-compliance issues where appropriate.
- Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Communicate with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with risk assessments and compliance monitoring activities.
- Provide administrative support to the SLT team.
Requirements
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
- Business Administration qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards (essential).
- IOSH managing safely (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards (essential).
- Previous training experience (desirable).

Other Information:
- 39 hours per week 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 15:30 Friday, with 1/2 hour unpaid break each day
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
