Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure
- Take and accurately relay customer orders, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Assist with food and beverage service, including serving dishes and drinks promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Handle basic math calculations for billing, payments, and change accurately
- Contribute to a lively team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
