About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team in a varied role combining office administration with the day-to-day management of our guest house.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
· General office administration and organisation
· Managing emails, ordering office supplies and maintaining records
· Providing administrative support to the wider team
· Coordinating contractors and suppliers where required
Guest House Management
· Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the guest house
· Managing bookings, guest enquiries and check-ins/check-outs
· Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are presented to a high standard
· Ensuring the property is well maintained
· Handling guest requests professionally and efficiently
· Preparing and managing staff rotas
· Supporting recruitment where required
· Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day staffing matters
This is a part-time role, working three days per week. Working hours will be discussed during the interview.
Salary is up to £35,000 per annum (full-time equivalent).
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
