The Role
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a positive dining and living experience. You’ll support the day‑to‑day hospitality services within the home, helping to create a clean, organised, and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with obtaining resident choices for meals through a person-centred approach
- Assisting with meal and drink service to residents in communal areas and their bedrooms as well dining room setup and clearing
- Ensuring residents receive meals and refreshments in a timely, caring manner
- Maintaining cleanliness in dining and communal areas
- Supporting laundry and housekeeping tasks as required with maintaining cleanliness in communal lounge areas and dining rooms
- Providing friendly, attentive support to residents and visitors
- Working closely with care and kitchen teams to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, approachable, and compassionate personality
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Previous hospitality or care home experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided

Pay: £12.71 per hour
