We're looking for talented Specialty Coffee Baristas to join the team at Fantail.

Whether you're dialling in espresso, chatting with regulars or setting up the counter for the morning, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that defines Fantail.
Whether you're already an experienced specialty barista or looking for a café where you can continue to develop your skills, you'll have the opportunity to work with premium equipment, learn from a dedicated Head Barista and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing consistently excellent espresso-based coffee.
- Delivering warm, genuine and memorable customer service.
- Building relationships with regular customers and becoming part of the local community.
- Preparing and serving food to a high standard.
- Creating beautiful food displays and maintaining an inviting café environment.
- Helping manage stock and keeping the café organised.
- Supporting your teammates throughout service.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
- Taking pride in every aspect of the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year's experience in a café or specialty coffee environment.
- Confident dialling in espresso and producing consistently high-quality coffee.
- Comfortable working in a busy café environment.
- Friendly, reliable and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Latte art and specialty coffee experience are advantageous, but attitude, hospitality and a desire to continually improve are just as important.
