We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the team.
You will have atleast previous 1 year professional experience working as a supervisor/management role within a restaurant or hotel.
You should be confident in making cocktails and coffee. You should have excellent customer service skills.
You will be responsible for the opening and closing checks on a shift, able to lead a team on shift and independently run a shift during quieter periods. You will be able to multitask, whether it be taking orders, serving drinks, serving food, stock management, etc.
The ideal candidate has previous experience running a front team in a restaurant, hotel, hospitality, is efficient, an all rounder and can follow policy and processes that are in place.
Rota is created weekly so there is flexibility on shifts and we can offer between 20-40 hours per week. Restaurant is closed on Mondays and open 12pm - 9pm everyday and 10pm on Friday & Saturdays.
