Position: Nurse. Part Time (24 hour contract).
Hours: 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), including days, nights and weekends.

Full Specialist Training
You will receive comprehensive training tailored to all aspects of our client’s care, ensuring you feel confident and fully equipped in your role.

Support Community Engagement
Play a key role in helping our client access meaningful activities, maintain family connections, and participate in his local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and personal support in line with the client’s individual care plan.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with prescribed guidance, care plans, and medication policies.
- Support daily living activities and routines.
- Promote independence, choice, and social inclusion.
- Facilitate access to community activities and family life.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification and current registration.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A caring, reliable, and person-centred approach.
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and Right to Work documentation.
- Positive character and employment references upon request.
