We are working with a successful, multi-branch independent estate agency in Lichfield who are looking for an ambitious and personable Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in property sales with full training and support to gain your PropertyMark NAEA qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property needs
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building long-term relationships with clients and buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to progress sales
- Maintaining accurate records and following company processes
About You:
- Previous property experience
- Confident, personable, and driven to achieve results
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and a team player
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
