Galebreaker is a leading fabric-engineering company, specialising in the design and manufacture of high-quality, custom-made products for the agricultural and industrial sectors.
About the Role
The Market Support Administrator plays a vital role in delivering a world-class customer experience across our international markets. Our core values - Reliability, Integrity, Service, and Leadership - are central to every interaction with Customers, Dealers, and Distributors.
This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders through our ERP system, and providing excellent customer service whether that be UK or European customers You will provide essential administrative support to Northern and Eastern European accounts, working closely with Regional Export Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the first point of contact for Distributors, responding to enquiries relating to orders, pricing, shipment schedules, and stock availability
· Accurately enter and process incoming UK and European orders via the ERP system
· Handle incoming telephone enquiries from customers and dealers, consistently delivering an excellent customer experience
· Process warranty claims efficiently and ensure timely closure
· Prepare and issue quotations for UK customers on standard product ranges
· Provide general administrative and sales support to Regional Export Managers
Applicant Profile
- Polish or German language skills are a strong advantage
- Confident, professional, and friendly communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong IT and Systems experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A genuine interest in agriculture and a strong desire to develop knowledge within the industry
- A proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
