Gap Plastics Blackburn has a new position in its Sales Development Team.
Working in the Sales Development Team we are looking for a customer service focused individual who can take on the responsibility of contacting prospects and customers to sell our products and services.
Main responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email.
- To convert leads or prospects into sales and revenue.
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions GAP can offer the prospect
- Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded.
- Upsell additional products.
- Report weekly goals and objectives to management.
- Ensuring you work towards achieving company KPI’s.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company and industry developments
- Build lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Manage own workload and time to meet the customer’s requirements
You:
- Demonstrable experience of great sales and customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- IT literate.
