Homesafe Electrical is seeking experienced and reliable self-employed subcontract electricians to join our expanding team. We specialise in providing electrical services for letting agents, landlords, and managed rental properties, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
This role is ideally suited to electricians looking for consistent, ongoing subcontract work, combining guaranteed hourly-rate jobs (£25 per hour) alongside pre-priced works to maximise earnings.
We are looking for a qualified electrician holding NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and 18th Edition, with a commitment to high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
Applicants must have done 2391 courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out EICRs & remedial works
- Completing both hourly-rate jobs and pre-priced works
- Responding to landlord/emergency callouts
- Electrical maintenance for managed rental portfolios
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations
- Working professionally in tenant-occupied properties
Experience within the domestic rental sector is highly advantageous.
