We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a welcoming nursing home environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
As a Registered Nurse, you will assess residents’ health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor residents for any changes in their condition. You will work closely with care staff, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and holistic care.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, supporting and supervising care staff, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment for both residents and colleagues.
This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing compassionate care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.
We have two roles available:
22 hours on nights
11 hours on days
Pay: £22.00 per hour
