Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our care home. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in and managing teams dedicated to providing exceptional resident care. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, foster a positive environment for both staff and residents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality services that promote dignity, independence, and well-being for all individuals under our care.
Duties
- Lead and manage the overall operation of the care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Supervise, mentor, and support staff members across various departments, including nursing, caregiving, and administrative teams
- Oversee patient and resident care plans, ensuring personalized services that meet individual needs such as dementia care, Alzheimer's care, end of life, and disability support
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate case management, medication administration, laboratory procedures, and medical imaging when necessary
- Implement quality assurance protocols to monitor patient care standards, safety procedures, and hygiene practices
- Manage staffing schedules, recruitment efforts, training programs, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team environment
- Foster strong relationships with residents’ families and external healthcare providers to ensure transparent communication and holistic care delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience and understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within healthcare or residential care settings
- Knowledge of anatomy, patient care procedures, medication administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff members, residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
- Level 5 Qualification or working towards.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
