About the Role
We are expanding our kitchen supply and installation business in Nottingham and are looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Fitter to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen installations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and is capable of working independently from kitchen plans and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Install complete kitchens to a high professional standard.
- Assemble, position and fit kitchen cabinets, wall units, tall units, panels, plinths, cornices and associated components.
- Accurately measure, cut and fit laminate and timber worktops, including joints and appliance/sink cut-outs.
- Fit sinks, taps and integrated appliances as required.
- Read and work accurately from kitchen plans, technical drawings and measurements.
- Carry out basic plumbing works associated with kitchen installation where competent to do so, and coordinate with qualified electricians, plumbers and Gas Safe engineers where required.
- Identify and resolve installation issues on site.
- Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and other trades.
- Carry out final quality checks and ensure installations are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter / Kitchen Installer.
- Ability to independently complete a full kitchen installation from plans and technical drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Experience cutting and fitting worktops and producing accurate joints and finishes.
- Experience installing integrated kitchen appliances.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with unexpected site conditions.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card and relevant trade qualifications are advantageous.
- Additional plumbing, electrical or other trade qualifications would be advantageous.
Experience with compact laminate, solid surface or specialist worktops would also be beneficial.
