County Care support LTD are recruiting.This is a new position and there is an option to be based in Skegness or Holbeach We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR and Recruitment Advisor to join our team of 60 staff ! In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting human resources initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace environment. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure seamless coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the senior management team . You will leverage advanced HR systems platforms to streamline data entry, maintain accurate records, and optimize recruitment workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth while developing your expertise in HR technology and talent acquisition strategies.
Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding using HRIS systems
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
- Liason and effective communication with our HR and consultant advice company
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate candidate records within ATS platforms
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support human resources initiatives by assisting with employee onboarding, induction sessions, and record-keeping activities.
- Management of the training and recruitment administrator. of scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing correspondence related to recruitment activities.
- Ensure that recruitment is safe and compliant and meets CQC regulations
- Use communication skills to effectively relay information across departments and ensure clarity throughout the hiring process.

Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or recruitment roles with a focus on talent acquisition or HR administration.s
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee and candidate records.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions or recruitment activities is preferred.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
