The Malting's Organics Treatment Ltd is looking for suitable candidates to fill positions in our newly built bio-park consisting of Insect breeding & rearing Farm, Liquid Rendering plant, Pellet Mill Processes.

Coordinate with Lead Process Manager and ensure efficient process performance.
Job Duties
- Handling of fresh & frozen CAT 3 Animal by Products (ABP's), raw meat products from delivery to frozen storage areas. Manufacture of products daily using machinery and process operations that are compliant with all Animal Plant Animal Health agency (APHA) regulations.
- Activities include:
- Transporting CAT 3 ABP's materials to and from the production area in and transferring them into the process vessels, machinery and back into product packaging. Performing production operations, monitoring the process control systems and for process troubleshooting and optimisation; Performing in-process testing and quality control; Documenting complete and accurate manufacturing and quality data.
- Liaising with the Lead Process Manager on a daily basis on production KPI's, maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Monitor all quality issues/ disputes and resolve all issues and escalate if required with the QC/Technical department.
- Maintain records of all-important documents, equipment's and log books.
- Administer all process and equipment's and ensure specifications to batch record and make appropriate modification to same.
- Assist all customers and ensure adherence to time frame and maintain quality for all projects.
- Monitor all process and ensure work according to all safety measures in organisation.
- Manage processes and enforce all environmental practices and prepare reports for same.
- Develop and record documents and routine process operations for products.
- Previous experience of working with raw meat products, chemicals and process operations is an advantage, though full training will be given, a sound knowledge of English and Math's is a must for working out formulations.
Position is full time 40 hours per week.
Hourly rate is £13.50-£14.00/Hour dependent on experience.
