Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full business development lifecycle, from spotting market opportunities and building relationships with wholesale buyers and retail partners, to closing deals and driving sustainable revenue growth across the UK fine jewellery market.
This is a hybrid role, based at our Bolton office with flexibility to work from home. You will be expected to attend the office and client meetings as the business requires.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, buyers, stockists, and key stakeholders Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with AGC Ltd.’s commercial goals Lead negotiations and close partnership and supply agreements Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer demands Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with brand positioning Represent AGC Ltd. at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and commercial reports for the CEO Track and report on KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue performance Support pricing strategy and product positioning for new market segments
