NutraTea is a UK-based health and wellness brand specialising in functional herbal teas designed to support everyday wellbeing. Our blends are made using high-quality botanical ingredients, crafted to be purposeful, flavourful, and easy to incorporate into daily routines. Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident, experienced TikTok presenter to host 2–3 TikTok Shop Lives per week, each lasting a minimum of 2 hours. You’ll introduce our range of functional herbal teas, showcase products, and engage with viewers in a warm, informative, brand-safe manner.
This is a freelance contract with a 1-month paid trial. Following successful performance, this role becomes an ongoing long-term contract.
What You’ll Do
- Host engaging TikTok Shop Lives (2–3 per week, 2+ hours each)
- Manage the entire Tiktok Live process, in terms product spotlight, promotions, replying to customer questions etc.
- Create up to 3 short pre-live teaser videos for each scheduled live
- Create up to 2 post-live videos following each live
- Complete all pre-live setup (adding products to the showcase, checking active promotions)
- Manage post-live tasks (removing products, confirming campaign settings, basic reporting)
- Create videos from previous live content.
- Present products clearly and confidently following brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Maintain a friendly, trustworthy presence on camera for audiences aged 20–70
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media or content-related roles (TikTok experience preferred)
- Proven ability to host TikTok Lives — must provide demo videos from previous streams
- Clear, confident on-camera communication
- Ability to follow training, scripts, compliance guidance, and key brand messages
- Advantageous: personal interest or experience in health & wellness, herbal teas, food & drink, or lifestyle
- Reliable availability for evenings and/or weekends
- Able to invoice monthly for hours worked
Home Setup Requirements

- Stable high-speed internet
- Quiet filming environment
- Good lighting (ring light or equivalent)
- Tripod/phone stand
- Modern smartphone capable of high-quality live streaming
- Clear, uncluttered background
- Good audio quality (microphone or phone mic with no interference)
We’ll provide: NutraTea products, branded stand/props, and a branded T-shirt.
