DG Supplyline Ltd was established in 1999 as a subsidiary company of DG Servicing
DG Servicing is a market leader in the double glazing repair and maintenance industry. The company was founded in 1983. Specialising in undertaking the specialist repair of almost any type of door or window system, from a component part replacement to a complete frame repair. Having extensive knowledge in the business they began building up stocks of spare parts, especially unusual and hard to source commercial parts.
By using the knowledge & expertise gained through DG Servicing, DG Supplyline first started, by supplying specialised hardware to a national network of fitters, repairers, maintenance companies, locksmiths and other industry related companies.
We are constantly searching out new and innovative products to aid and assist other businesses within the double glazing repair industry. We employ a large team of staff, many of which are original DG Servicing staff members. This combined knowledge and familiarity of component parts for hundreds of current and obsolete systems means our service to the customer is second to none.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment assisting the warehouse manager in the day to day running of the warehouse/trade counter, ability to pay close attention to detail, ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy in the processing of customers orders.
- Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Permanent with immediate start
- Salary - Dependant on experience
- Hours - 8:00 - 4:30 Monday-Friday / 8:00 - 13:00 Saturdays (Rotational)
General warehouse duty's to include:
- To ensure customer orders are picked correctly
- To pack customer orders and label for couriers correctly and efficiently
- Assisting with goods in
- Pre-pack stock ready for orders
- Maintain warehouse locations and racking
- Stocktaking and updating the system
- To serve customers on the trade counter
- Update customers on order status
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
Skill requirements:
- Must be numerate and literate
- Must be able to lift items up to 25kg
- Requires basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
