About the Role:
You’ll be the face of the branch—building relationships, generating new business, and guiding clients through the sales process with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating sales and managing offers
- Supporting the branch in winning new instructions and growing the client base
- Providing exceptional customer service and nurturing relationships throughout the buying and selling journey
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for property and helping people
- Previous experience in estate agency or a strong sales background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving license.
